Delicious noodle casserole with vegetables and cheese 🍝

Kitchen appliances and utensils: stove or hob, gas or electric oven, cutting board, knife, 2 pans of 3 l each, colander, deep container, kitchen scale, measuring cup, deep bowl, tablespoon, fork, medium grater, frying pan, baking dish with a diameter 24 cm, silicone brush, teaspoon, silicone spatula, dish, dinner plate.

Ingredients

Wheat noodles 100 g
Bacon 100 g
Broccoli 200 g
Green peas frozen 150 g
Bow 1 PC.
Olive oil 1.5 tbsp. l
Cream 30% 200 ml
Hard cheese 100 g

Salt 2.5 tsp
Ground black pepper 0.5 tsp

  1. We get 150 g of green peas and thaw it. Peel 1 onion from the husk and cut it into small cubes.

  5. In a second pan we put 100 g of wheat noodles and boil until half ready, focusing on the cooking time indicated on the package, then we discard it in a colander and let the liquid drain.

  6. In a deep container we place half-baked noodles, boiled broccoli, onions fried with green peas, and mix all the ingredients with a tablespoon.

  1. Break 2 chicken eggs into a deep bowl and beat them with a fork.

In a greased form, spread the noodles with vegetables and level them with a uniform layer. Cut 100 g of bacon into slices 1-2 mm thick and spread them on top of the noodles with vegetables, trying to cover the entire surface with bacon.
