  1. Replace chicken with minced meat. With it less trouble - just fry in a pan with onions.
  2. Use “silicone paper” for baking to prevent casseroles from sticking. It protects more reliably than oil, is resistant to temperature and contributes to a more uniform effect of heat on the dish.
  3. Cook the pasta a little less than usual, i.e. instead of 7 minutes 5. It will be ideal if, after cooking, the core remains solid.
  4. Add vegetables. Broccoli and zucchini goes well with this dish, because this is an additional opportunity to cook such a useful and often unloved product for children.

Sliced ​​pasta with chickenYou will need:

  • chicken fillet - 200 g;
  • pasta - 200 g;
  • eggs - 2 pieces;
  • milk - 100 ml;
  • hard cheese - 50 g.

Cooking step by step

  1. Boil the chicken, wait until it cools. Cut as small as possible.
  2. Cook pasta, do not forget to salt. Stir constantly so that they do not stick together, and when ready, rinse under a stream of cool water.
  3. Beat two eggs with a mixer and add cold milk, mix thoroughly.
  4. Grease a baking sheet or baking dish with vegetable oil or put special paper on it so that the future casserole does not burn.
  5. Spread half pasta, chicken and the remaining pasta in the dishes in layers. Try to keep the layers even.
  6. Pour everything with a mixture of milk and eggs, sprinkle with grated cheese on top. Before pouring the mixture should be mixed again, as it may be slightly stratified.
  7. Place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and leave for 40 minutes.
  8. Take out with caution, especially if cooked in a shallow form, since the casserole does not always “stick together” well and may fall apart. If you used paper for baking, then this problem will not arise.

Place it on the table hot, preferably during a meal, so that you do not have to heat it up. If cooked in advance, leave in the oven - so it will not cool.

Even faster you can cook a casserole in a slow cooker, although some components still have to be prepared separately. It is advised to pre-fry the chicken in a pan, and cook the pasta. Then you can safely connect them and put them in a slow cooker. For cooking, you must use the "Baking".

Creamy Bechamel Sauce

Chicken pasta casserole is often served in a creamy sauce, which is prepared from the ingredients found in any kitchen.

Bechamel sauceYou will need:

  • butter - 20 g;
  • milk - 200 ml;
  • cream - 20 ml;
  • flour - 3 tablespoons;
  • nutmeg - half a teaspoon;
  • salt, pepper - to taste.

Cooking

  1. Melt the butter in a metal bowl.
  2. Add flour there and mix so that there are no lumps left.
  3. Hold on fire for 3-4 minutes until a light caramel shade appears, then remove from the stove.
  4. Warm milk and cream, add to the resulting mixture. Pour in a thin stream and with great care, as it can hiss and splatter.
  5. Mix the sauce with a mixer until the mixture is perfectly homogeneous.
  6. Put the sauce to boil until the desired density.
  7. Add spices.
Italian herbs and curries are suitable as additional spices - they will add a spicy flavor to the dish.

With tomatoes, peppers, garlic and herbs

Pasta casserole with chicken, tomatoes and herbsYou will need:

  • pasta - 200 g;
  • boiled chicken breast - 150 g;
  • tomato - 1 pc.;
  • pepper - 1 pc.;
  • garlic - 1 head;
  • onions - a quarter of the onion;
  • ketchup - 2 tablespoons;
  • parsley, dill - 1-2 branches.

Cooking

  1. Cut the vegetables into small squares, onions into half rings. Pre-scald the tomatoes and peel them. Pass the garlic through the garlic press.
  2. Heat a frying pan with oil, put pepper and onion in it for 1-2 minutes, then add tomatoes, garlic and simmer for 5 minutes over medium heat. Add ketchup and leave for another 10 minutes.
  3. Boil the chicken and chop finely.
  4. Cook pasta in slightly salted water, rinse.
  5. Take a baking dish, grease with butter and place the pasta, chicken breast.
  6. Put the resulting paste on top and bake at 200 degrees for at least 20 minutes. When serving - garnish with fresh herbs.

With mushrooms and mozzarella

The recipe for pasta casserole with chicken and mushrooms is similar to the main one, only it is usually made not in layers, but all components are mixed. To give a piquant note, hard cheese is replaced with mozzarella or marble.

  • pasta - 200 g;
  • chicken - 200 g;
  • mushrooms (champignons) - 100 g;
  • mozzarella - 100 g;
  • cream - 2 tablespoons;
  • eggs - 2 pcs.;
  • onion - 1 pc.;
  • salt pepper.

Cooking

  1. Cook the pasta.
  2. Cut the onions medium-sized, the mushrooms into slices, fry in a pan over low heat.
  3. Boil the chicken breast, chop finely.
  4. Grease the baking dish with oil, mix all of the above and put in it.
  5. Add eggs to cream and beat with a blender. Add to the casserole.
  6. Put mozzarella on top.
