  • sour cream - 4 tablespoons.

Cooking

  1. Boil the pasta in salted water and discard to cool in a colander. Immediately add a piece of butter to it and stir so that the “tubes” do not stick together.
  2. Mash the cottage cheese, add eggs, sugar (including vanilla). Add a little salt. Pour soda and sour cream (2 tablespoons). Stir everything until smooth.
  3. Thicken the mixture with the help of semolina - add 4-5 tablespoons of cereal. Stir and let stand for 20 minutes, so it will swell and grains will not be felt.
  4. Smear the walls and bottom of the multicooker with butter.
  5. If horns or small pasta are used for the recipe, then after cooling, stir them with one raw egg for bonding. Then, as in kindergarten, a pasta casserole will not fall apart.
  6. Lay out the paste in a circle on the form, moving from the sides to the middle. When the whole layer is laid out, fill in a third of the curd mass. Then lay out another layer of pasta and also fill.
  7. Lubricate the third pasta with sour cream (2 tablespoons) so that when baked they remain soft.
  8. Pour the top of the casserole with melted butter.
  9. In the slow cooker, set the "Baking" mode, select 30 minutes on the timer. But periodically look at the top of the casserole - it should be covered with a light golden crust.

Shallow vermicelli casseroleYou will need:

  • vermicelli (small) - 400 g;
  • sugar - 200 g;
  • vanilla sugar - 1 pack;
  • butter - 100 g;
  • egg - 9 pieces.

Cooking

  1. Boil the vermicelli. To prevent it from sticking, keep on fire no more than 3 minutes after boiling. Then drain the water and drop it into a colander.
  2. Add butter, sugar and vanilla sugar to the still hot vermicelli. Shuffle.
  3. Beat the eggs until smooth. Mix all the ingredients.
  4. Grease the mold with butter. Lay out the mass and smooth.
  5. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 50-60 minutes.

In kindergartens, such a casserole is cut into portioned pieces and placed in a thick fruit jelly.

In a slow cooker

If you cook pasta in a slow cooker, it will be more airy and soft. In the multicooker bowl, the mixture rises well, so you need to grease the walls with plenty of butter.

Cook the casserole in the “Baking” mode for 40-50 minutes. After cooking, let stand with the lid open for another 10-15 minutes. After you can pull out and cut into portions.

Cooking

  1. Boil the noodles, drain and rinse. Throw it in a colander. Lightly salt and add a teaspoon of sunflower oil, mix.
