  • breadcrumbs - 3 tablespoons;
  • salt is a pinch.

  2. Finely chop the onion and lightly fry in vegetable oil. Add minced meat to it, add salt. Simmer until cooked without lid so that excess juice does not appear.

  4. Fill half the mashed potatoes in a greased baking dish, flatten.

  • egg - 3 pieces;
  • flour - 3 tablespoons.

Cooking

  1. Fry chopped meat or minced meat in a pan. Fry finely chopped onions in a separate bowl. Then combine the products and fry until almost done.
  2. Take the remaining mashed potatoes or cook. An important rule is that it should be thick and slightly dry. That is, almost all the water after boiling must be drained, add salt, spices and butter (optional).
  3. Mix the ingredients for the sauce into a homogeneous mass.
  4. Grease the bottom of the multicooker with oil. Tightly half the cooked mashed potatoes.
  5. Add minced meat with onions. Pour it with sauce. Shake so that the mass penetrates below.
  6. Grind the cheese coarsely and put half on top of the filling.
  7. Tightly lay the remaining potatoes. Top leftover cheese.
  8. Cover and set to “Bake” for 35 minutes.

  • basil - several leaves;

Mushroom

  • dried mushrooms (porcini or any other) - 2 tablespoons;
  • onions - 1 small onion;
  • sour cream or cream - 1 glass;
  • dill - several branches;
  • salt, pepper, mushroom seasoning.

Cooking

  1. Fill the mushrooms with water. Let stand until swelling.
  2. Sauté finely chopped onions.
  3. Squeeze the mushrooms, finely chop and fry. Mix with onions.
  4. Mushrooms with onions, pour sour cream or cream, salt, add pepper, seasonings and salt. Put out a little.
  5. Turn off the heat and mix finely chopped dill with the rest of the ingredients.
