  • cottage cheese - 300 g;
  • raisins - half a glass;
  • sugar - 150 g;
  • egg - 2 pcs.;
  • sour cream - 2 tbsp. l .;
  • vanillin - 1 sachet.

Cooking

  1. Boil pasta until half cooked.
  2. Pour raisins with boiling water for 10 minutes.
  3. Beat eggs, vanilla and sugar.
  4. Add cottage cheese to the whipped mixture.
  5. Put raisins and pasta into the curd, mix well.
  6. Put the mixture of cottage cheese and pasta in the bowl of the multicooker, flatten.
  7. Spread sour cream on top.
  8. Set the “Baking” mode for 40 minutes. Let the casserole stand for a while and serve. On top of portioned pieces, you can put a little sour cream or fruit jam.
When cooking dishes, raisins can be replaced with prunes or dried apricots, previously soaked and cut into pieces. To make the texture softer and richer, add a little cream or sour cream to the egg mixture.

With ham and tomatoes in the microwave

If you need a quick recipe - the option with tomatoes and ham is perfect. In the microwave, the casserole is cooked very quickly, and since it uses ham, not minced meat, there will be little preparatory work.

  • vermicelli - 300 g;
  • ham - 200 g;
  • milk - 1 cup;
  • tomatoes - 2 medium;
  • egg - 2 pcs.;
  • hard cheese - 100 g;
  • greens - a couple of branches of dill or parsley;
  • butter - 1 tbsp. l .;
  • salt - a pinch;
  • nutmeg, pepper - to taste.

Cooking

  1. Cook and drain the vermicelli.
  2. Cut ham and tomatoes into medium-sized cubes.
  3. Grind greens.
  4. Grate the cheese.
  5. Beat milk with eggs and salt. Add spices.
  6. Place half of the vermicelli in a greased microwave oven dish.
  7. Spread ham, tomatoes and greens on top.
  8. Sprinkle half the cheese on the ham.
