Step cooking

  1. To make a cookie dough, place the pan on a stove with a small fire. Put 100 grams of butter in it, then pour about 300-350 ml of warm water.
    We put a saucepan on the fire, put butter in it and add water.
  2. Add a pinch of salt to the pan and bring water and oil to a boil.
    Bring water and oil to a boil.
  3. After the water and oil boil, remove the pan from the stove. Pour 250 grams of flour into it and mix quickly with a mixer. If you don’t have a mixer, use a regular whisk. Slowly pour the flour into the pan, whisking with a whisk until a thick mass.
    Add flour to the boiling water and quickly mix the mass with a mixer so that the flour is brewed.
  4. First add one egg to the pan and beat with a mixer, pour sugar to taste.
    One by one we introduce eggs into the dough, each time beating the mass well.
  5. Next, alternately add the remaining 3 eggs, each time well beating with a mixer.
    The mass should lighten, become soft.
  6. When you have a soft, elastic and even shiny dough, prepare a baking tray, cover it with parchment paper. If desired, the paper can be greased with butter.
    We cover the baking sheet with parchment.
  7. Using two teaspoons, place the balls in small balls on a baking sheet. To make the dough better stick to them, soak the spoons with cold water. Also, if you wish, you can give the dough a more oblong shape. And if you have a culinary syringe or a pastry bag at home, then of course you can use them.
    Dipped in water with spoons, spread the dough on a baking sheet.
  8. Preheat the oven to 200 ºС and put the cookies to bake for about 30-40 minutes. Depending on your oven, you may need less time. Therefore, sometimes look at cookies so as not to burn. But not often, so that the dough does not settle.
    We send the baking sheet with the blanks into a well-heated oven.
  9. It will be ready when covered with a golden crust.
    Bake cookies until golden brown.
  10. Gently place the finished cookies in a plate with a kitchen spatula. About 3 baking sheets are obtained from this amount of ingredients. Put cookies on a dish and sprinkle with powdered sugar. If you will cook each batch on the same baking sheet, then cool it with cold water before laying out the dough.
    Ready-made custard cookies can be sprinkled with powdered sugar.
