  • Carrots - 400 g
  • Garlic - 25 g
  • Hot pepper - 2 pcs.
  • Water - 4.5-5.5 L
  • Salt - 50 g
  • Sugar - 100 g
  • Vinegar 9% - 150 ml

  1. Peel 400 g of carrots from the peel and grate it on a fine grater. Grated carrots are put in a small plate. grate carrots

  9. After 10 minutes, we take out each can from the pan one by one and close them tightly with the help of a seaming key. When all the cans are closed, turn them upside down, wrap them in a warm blanket and leave them to cool completely. Georgian green tomatoes
