Ingredients

Banana 450 g
Dill 70 g
Celery stalk 1 PC.
Spinach 100 g
Filler-free yogurt 600 ml
Pear 200 g
Salad 100 g
Dates 50 g
An Apple 200 g
Parsley 40 g

Step cooking

Consider 3 options for making a green smoothie. You can combine any fruits, vegetables and other natural products in it, and the only condition is that the cocktail contains 60% green crops (celery, parsley, dill, spinach, arugula, etc.) and 40% of the rest. All ingredients are pre-washed under running water.

Banana + Greens

  1. Cut 100 g of spinach and 30 g of dill, optionally, cut them and send them to a blender. Pour 200 ml of water or yogurt and kill a little.

    Add sliced ​​banana and apple.
