  8. Pour to begin with 2 tbsp. l sifted wheat flour (you may need to add some more later) and knead the batter. It should be thick enough, like a dough for pancakes.

  9. Place a frying pan on the stove and turn on a moderate fire so that the dish does not burn during cooking. Put a piece of butter (30 g) in a pan and pour a little vegetable oil (20 ml). Wait for the oil to warm up.
