Step cooking

  1. The dough is cooked quickly, so start with the filling. Peel 5-6 medium potatoes, salt, fill with cold water and set to cook on the stove until cooked.
    We clean the potatoes, wash them, cut them into pieces and set to cook.
  2. Finely chop two onions and fry in vegetable oil until golden and soft.
    Grind onions and fry until golden brown.
  3. When the potatoes are boiled, drain the water from the pan and add the fried onions, 2 tbsp. l butter, black pepper and salt to taste. You can add a little green.
    Add onion, salt, pepper, and butter to the finished potato.
  4. Knead everything well, you should get soft mashed potatoes. Delicious filling is ready.

  5. While the filling for pies cools, you need to cook the dough. Pour 250 ml of kefir at room temperature, 1 teaspoon of sugar, half a teaspoon of salt and half a teaspoon of soda into a bowl. Mix everything thoroughly with a whisk, kefir will start to foam, and the soda will be extinguished.
    Add salt, sugar and soda to kefir.
  6. Add 1 cup sifted flour in parts and knead the dough.

  7. After pouring half the flour and the dough becomes thicker, add 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil and mix well.

  14. Fry on both sides until golden brown over medium heat.
