Step cooking

  1. In a deep bowl we connect 3 tbsp. l semolina, 2 tbsp. l sugar and a pinch of salt, mix.
    In a bowl, mix semolina, salt and sugar.
  2. Put the pan on the stove, pour 1 liter of milk and bring to a boil. The fat content of milk depends on your preference. The fatter the milk, the porridge will turn out tastier, but its calorie content will increase. The choice is yours.
    In a saucepan, bring the milk to a boil.
  3. When the milk boils, we reduce the heat and very carefully add a little dry ingredients, constantly stirring with a spoon or whisk, so that no lumps form.
    In the boiled milk with constant stirring, slowly pour the mixture of dry ingredients.
  4. Cook semolina for 10 minutes on the smallest fire. Then turn off the fire, cover the pan with a lid and let it brew for 5 to 10 minutes. We spread the finished porridge on plates, optionally, add butter and various additives that you like.
