Step cooking

  1. We begin to prepare the ingredients. We wash the mushrooms and cut.
    Chop mushrooms.
  2. Then chop the onion, herbs and garlic.
    Grind onions, garlic, herbs.
  3. We put two pans on a high heat and add in one butter, and in the other a mixture of butter and olive oil.

  4. Fry the onions in a pan with butter. Fry the mushrooms in a pan with butter and olive oil.

  11. Grate the cheese and spread it on top of the mushrooms.
    Sprinkle julienne with cheese.
  12. Put in the oven for 10 minutes at 180 degrees and wait until the cheese melts. We take the julienne from the oven and sprinkle with herbs. Done! Enjoy your meal!
