Step cooking

  1. We will prepare all the ingredients on the list and the desktop. We wash well 600 g of mushrooms, if necessary, clean the hat and cut into strips. You can add forest mushrooms, then there will be an even more saturated mushroom aroma and taste.
    Chop the onion.
  2. Two onions cut into a medium-sized cube.
    Chop the onion.
  3. 400 g of chicken fillet cut into not too large pieces.
    Cut the chicken into pieces.
  4. We put the pan on the stove, pour 2 - 3 tbsp. l odorless vegetable oil.
    Heat the oil in a pan.
  5. We send the chopped fillet to the heated oil, stirring occasionally, fry over medium heat for 10 minutes.
    Fry the chicken in a pan.
  6. When the meat is fried, transfer it to some container. Put the chopped onion in the same pan, fry it until transparent. If necessary, add a few drops of vegetable oil.
    Separately, fry the onions.
  7. Add the mushrooms to the fried onion, mix well.
    Add mushrooms to the pan to the onion.
  8. Salt, pepper to taste. Fry over medium heat for 15 minutes so that all the liquid from the mushrooms evaporates and they are cooked.
    Fry the mushrooms until the liquid evaporates.
  9. As soon as the liquid is gone, return the meat to the pan, reduce the heat to the smallest and simmer it all together for another 5 minutes.
    Add chicken to the mushrooms with onions.
  10. Let's make the sauce. Pour 15 g of wheat flour into the bowl.
    To make the sauce, you will need flour.
  11. First pour 50 ml of cream of 20 - 25% fat into the flour, mix thoroughly with a whisk until the mixture is homogeneous without lumps. You can cook the sauce in a pan. First, fry the flour in a dry pan, and then add the cream.
    Add a little cream to the flour, mix with a whisk until smooth.
  12. Next, add the remaining 200 ml of cream, mix until smooth. Instead of cream, you can use sour cream.
    Add the remaining cream and mix again.
  13. Pour the resulting sauce into a pan to the remaining ingredients. If necessary, add more salt and pepper. You can use any spices and seasonings as you wish.
    Pour the resulting sauce into a pan with chicken and mushrooms.
  14. Boil the julienne over low heat until the sauce thickens.
    Simmer a few more minutes until the sauce thickens.
  15. We lay out the finished julienne in ceramic pots or in any other small molds. Sprinkle with grated cheese on top. Cheese is perfect for anyone you like.
    We shift the julienne into pots, sprinkle with grated cheese.
  16. We put the pots on a baking sheet and send to the middle level in a preheated oven to 190 degrees for 10 minutes, so that the cheese melts and browned.
