  • A fish. Any non-greasy white varieties.
  • Fat-free cottage cheese and cheese. The fat content of the latter should not be higher than 20%.
  • Whole wheat bread. It is allowed, but the weight of one piece is not more than 50 g.
  • Pure non-carbonated water. For proper digestion, it is necessary to drink at least 2 liters. Green or herbal tea and some coffee are also allowed, but without milk and sugar.
  • Spices and seasonings. Dry and fresh aromatic herbs, as well as onions and garlic, can be added to the finished dishes. But the use of salt is better to limit.

Serving Size is not limited. But usually 250-300 g is enough for saturation. If two hours after the last meal a feeling of hunger appears, it can be quenched with one fresh vegetable without spices.

Adhering to a diet, it is strictly forbidden to eat such products:

  • sugar and its substitutes, including stevia;
  • fatty meats;
  • flour products;
  • cereals and cereals;
  • vegetable and butter;
  • nuts and dried fruits;
  • milk and dairy products (except cheese and cottage cheese);
  • canned food and sausages;
  • mayonnaise, ketchup and similar sauces;
  • alcohol.

Curd and quick options

With allergies or intolerance to eggs, they can be replaced with low-fat cottage cheese. The curd chemical diet in this case will almost completely coincide with the egg. Only one adjustment will be required: consume 200 g of cottage cheese instead of two chicken eggs.

Those who are not able to withstand a whole month of restrictions can try the express version of the diet. That is, observe a diet only in the first and second weeks. In this case, you should not expect big plumb lines, but the result will still be.
